Join us this summer for a competitive two days of hockey at The High School of Glasgow. This is not a hockey camp, this is a hockey test event.
Each day will see a 3v3 style tournament take place in the morning and in the afternoon our BIG SIXES event (6v6) will take place.
Teams can be made up of girls only, boys only or a mixture of both and can play with or without a keeper – it is up to each team to decide their make-up.

Tournaments will be split into two age categories 8-10yrs (Juniors) and 11-13yrs (Seniors). Players must be available for both days and ideally you would enter as a team of 6. We would ideally like to avoid teams with subs as we want to give each person as much playing time as possible.
When you sign up as a team, you will be allocated a team colour and tournament schedule. Should you not have a team and wish to participate as an individual we have spots for individual sign ups, you will get allocated to a team and given a team colour prior to the event.
SITC operates 8am-6pm each day so participants are welcome to be onsite from 8am with tournament starting at 10am sharp so please arrive no later than 9.30am for warm up etc. Participants are also welcome to stay onsite with us up until 6pm. Afternoon tournament will finish any time between 4.15-5pm each day.

Ten teams will participate in a 3-on-3 tournament.
In each 3-on-3 tournament, two matches will be played at the same time with matches being played cross-pitch.
Players will play two periods of eight minutes, with two-minute intervals.
Ten teams will participate in a 6-on-6 tournament.
In each 6-on-6 tournament, two matches will be played at the same time with matches being played in a large area. Players will play two periods of 10minutes, with two-minute intervals.
Three points will be awarded for a win, two for a scored draw and 1 for a 0-0 draw. In the event of any ties a penalty shoot-out with a neutral GK will take place.
Top four teams from each age group will qualify for the semi-finals and winners will then progress to the finals. Semi-finals and Finals will be two periods of 12minutes, with two-minute intervals.
Finalists will be given team kit to wear and be allocated a team coach for the final. Parents/guardians are welcome to watch with the trophy presentation happening shortly after the final.
